1. Tampa Bay Rays
The Rays’ home stadium is Tropicana Field, located in St. Petersburg. It has a unique feature—a fixed, translucent roof that allows games to be played regardless of the weather conditions. The indoor setting creates a comfortable environment for fans, rain or shine. Within the stadium it not only offers you a chance to root on for the home team, but it also features a 35-foot, 10,000-gallon tank filled with cownose rays where fans can watch the rays swim and interact with them during the games. The Rays also organize various promotions and giveaways throughout the season to enhance the fan experience. These can include themed nights, fireworks shows, bobblehead giveaways, and special events to engage fans of all ages.
2. The Music Scene
St. Pete has a vibrant music scene with various venues that regularly host concerts and live performances. These venues include Jannus Live and The Palladium Theater which include live and local artists all throughout the summer. There will also be a Odyssey Music Festival 20XX taking place in Vinoy Park on July 29 – July 30. To go along with music, there are plenty of live music options at Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach.

5. Cultural and Art Scene
St. Petersburg is a hub of arts and culture. The city is home to the renowned Salvador Dalí Museum, which houses the largest collection of Dalí’s works outside of Spain. The Morean Arts Center and the Chihuly Collection showcase unique glass art, while the Museum of Fine Arts features a diverse collection of international art.
